As the golden hues of summer fade, nature invites us to slow down and turn inward. The Harvest Moon and the Autumn Equinox, two powerful events in the transition between seasons, are symbolic reminders to reconnect with ourselves, align with the cycles of nature, and prepare for transformation.

As the days grow shorter and the air becomes cooler, the Autumn Equinox invites us to slow down, ground ourselves, and begin the process of turning inward.   7. Restoring Clear Communication – Open your throat chakra and explore practices that promote clear communication and expression.
  8. Nourishing Nectar of the Earth – Nurture your body and soul with nourishing postures, breathwork, and mindful eating practices.
  9. The Wisdom of the Heart – Cultivate compassion and inner wisdom through heart-opening postures and grounding practices like shinrin-yoku (forest bathing) and earthing.
  10. Embracing Stillness – Close the series with a focus on stillness, reflection, and deep inner peace.
