Aim to have dinner between 6:00 PM and 7:00 PM, so your body has time to digest before bed.
Benefits: Eating a light, warm meal during Kapha time helps digestion and prevents heaviness or indigestion before sleep. This allows your body to rest and rejuvenate during the night.
Reduce screen time and stimulation at least an hour before bed. Opt for relaxing activities like reading, journaling, or gentle stretching.

Schedule 10-15 minutes for Abhyanga (self-massage with warm oil) as part of your evening routine.

Engage in a short meditation or a breathing practice like alternate nostril breathing (Nadi Shodhana).
